Non-alcoholic Tom Collins - With Laori No 1

Gin Sour, Gin Fizz, the only thing missing is... That's right: the Tom Collins! Similar to the Fizz, the Collins is a sprayed version of the Gin Sour and is therefore very easy to mix. This drink impresses with its perfect interplay of acidity, sweetness and liveliness and there are numerous legends surrounding its origins.

For example, a certain Mr. Collins is said to have invented the drink in the New York tavern “Whitehouse”. Or was it the bartender Tom Collins, who works in New Jersey and New York? Perhaps the head waiter of the Limmer’s Hotel, John Collins, was the namesake.

No matter how Tom Collins was created, with the Laori Juniper No 1 you can easily enjoy the classic gin drink alcohol-free and without a hangover. It tastes best with freshly squeezed lemon juice!
