Non-Alcoholic Tom Collins - With Laori No 1
Gin Sour, Gin Fizz, just missing... That's right: the Tom Collins! Similar to the Fizz, the Collins is a sprayed version of the Gin Sour and therefore very easy to mix. This drink impresses with a perfect interplay of acidity, sweetness and effervescence and there are numerous legends about the story of its origin.
For example, a certain Mr. Collins is said to have invented the drink in the New York tavern "Whitehouse". Or was it bartender Tom Collins, who works in New Jersey and New York? Or maybe the head waiter at Limmer's Hotel, John Collins, was the namesake.
No matter how the creation of the Tom Collins went, with the Laori Juniper No 1 you can easily enjoy the classic gin drink non-alcoholic and without a hangover. It tastes best with freshly squeezed lemon juice!
