Breakfast Martini – Better brunch with non-alcoholic drinks

The Breakfast Martini is a classic for all early risers and those who go to bed late. Internationally acclaimed bartender Salvatore Calabrese invented the twist on the martini drink in 1997, using one of breakfast's most iconic sweet ingredients: jam. The sweetness of the jam balances the delicate acidity of the lemon juice and the taste of the cocktail is rounded off by the crisp spiciness of the gin.

With Laori Juniper No 1 you can now enjoy the breakfast martini non-alcoholic! The roasted cardamom capsules intensify and underline the aromas of the Laori No 1 with their sweetish-spicy spiciness. The peach-passion fruit jam creates the perfect sweet-sour balance and the fresh lemon juice gives the drink an extra kick of freshness! Laori No 1 turns the Breakfast Martini into a non-alcoholic cocktail that you can safely drink for breakfast - without having to fear a hangover.

Can I also use other jams?

Of course, there are no limits to your creativity! Orange marmalade, for example, gives the breakfast martini an excellent, citrusy taste. But it doesn't matter whether it's orange, raspberry or peach jam: in the end you can use what you have on hand! For us, however, the combination of cardamom and peach-passion fruit is the winning combination!
