Amalfi Sour
Amalfi Coast for a drink? Say no more! The Laori Amalfi Sour with Laori Amalfi No. 03 It's lemony, slightly sweet and simply: OMG delicious! 🍋
Recipe:
- 6 cl Laori Amalfi No. 03
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg white or aquafaba
- ice cubes
Mix it Baby! 🥄
Shake for 1 minute without ice, then add ice and shake again for another 1 minute at full speed! Strain, pour into a tumbler glass, garnish with lemon zest – cheers!
