Laori is legally alcohol-free and contains less than 0.3% residual alcohol by volume. Since Laori is only consumed mixed in a drink, the alcohol content is significantly reduced. For example, a Laori & Our tonic now contains only 0.06% alcohol by volume. This is below the legal limit of 0.5% and below the potential alcohol content of many foods, such as ripe fruit (e.g., bananas), sourdough bread, or fruit juices. Our spirits are distilled for us in Provence, France, according to our specifications. They are then blended and finished in the area surrounding Berlin.
Once opened and unrefrigerated, Laori should be consumed within 12 weeks. You can extend its shelf life slightly by storing it in a cool, dark place like the refrigerator. However, this is not strictly necessary. We specifically designed Laori so that you can easily store the bottles in your Home bar You can ask.

Our Laori products are designed to fully develop their aroma in a mixed drink – they are not intended for neat consumption. Therefore, we recommend following the serving suggestion on the bottle label to ensure you get the full flavor experience. According to this information, pregnant women who wish to enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage (up to 0.5%) are advised to drink slowly and in moderation. This allows the body to break down the ingested alcohol quickly. We've found that pregnant or breastfeeding women who choose to drink non-alcoholic beer usually also drink Laori. If you're unsure whether Laori is right for you, please talk to your doctor.
Our products imitate the taste of popular high-proof spirits, therefore we do NOT recommend them for children. You would be introducing them to the taste of alcohol. You wouldn't offer non-alcoholic beer to children, would you? :-)
Laori Juniper No. 1 is naturally cloudy. This is due to the high concentration of flavor and is a good sign. You can enjoy Laori without hesitation, for example as a Laori & Tonic. You can find the instructions here. here.
Sustainability
Laori's shipping is completely plastic-free and climate-neutral.
We also use a plastic shrink capsule to seal the bottles. Unfortunately, there are currently no PLA/compostable sealing capsules available. If you know of any, please let us know!
