For the unique taste of Laori Spice No 2, 12 selected herbs and spices such as oak, vanilla and pineapple are individually gently distilled with steam. The Spice No 2 develops its full aroma in a drink like the Dark & Stormy.
Laoris products are legally alcohol-free and contain residual alcohol of less than 0.5 percent by volume. We do not use alcohol in the manufacturing process. For the final kick of freshness, we add natural flavors. Some of these contain alcohol, which is why it occurs in small quantities in Laori No 1 and No 2. Since you only enjoy our delicious alternatives in drinks, the alcohol content is significantly reduced. A Laori Juniper No 1 & Tonic only contains 0.06 percent alcohol by volume. Our distillates are distilled for us in France according to our requirements in Provence. It is then mixed and manufactured in the surrounding area of Berlin.
Laoris drinks have a shelf life of one year if unopened. If opened and unrefrigerated, you should use them within 8 weeks. You can extend the shelf life a little, for example by storing it in a cool, dark place in the refrigerator.

Laori is legally alcohol-free and contains residual alcohol of less than 0.3 percent by volume. Since Laori is only enjoyed in one drink, the alcohol content is significantly reduced. For example, a Laori Juniper No 1 & Tonic only contains 0.06 percent alcohol by volume. This means we are below the legal maximum of 0.5% and below the possible alcohol content of many foods, such as ripe fruit (e.g. bananas), sourdough bread and fruit juices. This allows the body to quickly break down the alcohol it consumes. We have found that women who are pregnant or breastfeeding and who choose to drink non-alcoholic beer usually also drink Laori. If you are unsure whether Laori is for you, please talk to your doctor about it.

Laori's shipping is completely plastic-free and climate-neutral.
We also use a plastic shrink capsule to seal the bottles. Unfortunately, there are currently no PLA/compostable sealing capsules. If you know something, write to us!
