The French 75 is a classic cocktail and a drink for gin lovers! This juniper-based blend enjoyed great popularity in the Roaring Twenties, especially when enhanced with champagne. The drink gained popularity at the Stork Club in New York, a bar where Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, and the Kennedys once toasted.

Recipe for alcohol-free French 75

Ingredients

• 5 cl Laori Juniper No. 1
• 2.5 cl lemon juice
• 1 cl sugar syrup
• Non-alcoholic sparkling wine Laori Sparkling
• ice cubes

Glass & decoration

• Champagne glass and lemon zest for decoration

preparation

• Chill champagne glasses in the refrigerator
• Ice cubes, lemon juice, sugar syrup and Laori Juniper No. 1 Pour into a shaker and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds.
• Take champagne glasses out of the refrigerator and strain the drink through a strainer.
• With Laori Sparkling Pour over and garnish with fresh lemon zest. Enjoy!
