
Non-alcoholic aperitif sour - with Laori Ruby No 4
Did you know that you can mix a perfect sour with a red aperitif? It's been one of our favorite drinks for years. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case with decreasing alcohol consumption. With Laori Ruby No. 4 You can easily mix this delicious treat alcohol-free.
Here's the recipe for a non-alcoholic Aperitif Sour:
- 6 cl Laori Ruby No. 4
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- Alternatively, for the perfect foamy head: 1 egg white
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake the drink vigorously. Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.
This is how you make the perfect foam crown
You can achieve the perfect foamy head with an egg white. Prefer a vegan option or don't like fresh ice in your drink? You can omit the egg white, replace it with aquafaba (chickpea water), or buy an egg white substitute for your bar. Next, add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice – a so-called dry shake. Then, shake again with ice until you have a really nice foam. Strain through a bar strainer.
