REAL HERBS &
LOVINGLY HANDMADE
For the special Laori flavor, we have developed a unique process. The herbs and spices used are grown in Provence, France, and processed fresh from the field. Similar to French perfume distillation, the herbs are distilled individually and gently with steam, mixing your perfect drink in the Berlin area. This way, we achieve maximum flavor and create the best taste experience for you.

The Story
INVENTED IN A BAR
"It all started with the exclamation: 'I just want a gin & tonic without alcohol,' when I stopped drinking alcohol 5 years ago. I quickly began distilling in my own kitchen to develop my own solution. By now, we have developed our own process and do it much more professionally, but it’s still just as delicious." – Stella, founder of Laori
DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
LEARN MORE ABOUT THE WORLD OF ALCOHOL-FREE Glitter APERITIF
Laori contains residual alcohol of less than 0.3 percent by volume. Laori is only consumed mixed in a drink. Therefore, the alcohol content is significantly reduced. A Laori & Tonic contains only 0.06 percent alcohol. That's less than what's found in a glass of apple juice, which can contain up to 0.3 percent. In grape juice, it can even be up to 1.2 percent. By the way, products labeled as 0.0 percent can contain up to 0.03 percent alcohol. Completely abstaining from alcohol is therefore a true challenge. You can learn more in the magazine.
Laori was developed for mixing drinks and is not intended for pure enjoyment. The perfect serve for Laori is as a non-alcoholic spritz with Laori Sparkling Wine or Tonic Water. You can easily mix any long drink or cocktail that contains an aperitif alcohol-free with Laori. Recipe inspiration can be found in our magazine.
Yes. We always try to source all raw materials as close as possible. Our radius extends from Berlin through Brandenburg down to southern France. This is how we produce lovingly by hand in a small workshop in a small village near Berlin. Most herbs and spices are grown in France in organic quality and freshly distilled. We obtain exotic spices from our same partner, who also has a farm in Sri Lanka and Morocco.
