Breakfast Martini – Better brunch with non-alcoholic drinks
The Breakfast Martini is a classic for early birds and late sleepers alike. Internationally renowned bartender Salvatore Calabrese invented this twist on the Martini in 1997, using one of the most familiar sweet breakfast ingredients: marmalade. The sweetness of the marmalade balances the delicate acidity of the lemon juice, and the crisp spice of the gin rounds out the cocktail's flavor.
With Laori Juniper No. 1 or Laori Spice No. 2 Now you can enjoy the Breakfast Martini alcohol-free! Can I use other jams?
Of course, there are no limits to your creativity! Orange marmalade, for example, gives the Breakfast Martini an excellent, citrusy flavor. But whether it's orange, raspberry, or peach marmalade: ultimately, you can use whatever you have on hand! For us, though, the combination of cardamom and peach-passion fruit is the winning one!
