Recipe for alcohol-free honey lavender sour
Ingredients
- 6 cl Laori Juniper No. 1
- 3 cl juice of a freshly squeezed lemon
- 2 cl liquid honey
- Optional: 1 egg white/aquafaba
- ice cubes
Glass & decoration
- A tumbler glass and a sprig of lavender for decoration
preparation
- Add all ingredients, except ice, to the shaker.
- Shake for 1 minute, then add ice and shake for another 1 minute to make the egg white or aquafaba nice and frothy.
- Then strain using a strainer and sieve (so-called double strain).
- Garnish with a sprig of lavender. Enjoy!
