We believe that you don't need alcohol if the alternatives are good enough. With Laori we are creating a real alternative to alcohol and showing how good non-alcoholic drinks can be. With the Laori Boobs Edition we create visibility for the issue of breast cancer and alcohol consumption and donate €3 to Pink Ribbon Germany for every bottle sold. The association is committed to raising awareness and visibility on the topic of breast cancer.

Für Laori Juniper No 1 wurde eigens ein neues Herstellungsverfahren entwickelt, das von der französischen Parfümdestillation abgeleitet ist. Dabei wird auf natürliche Weise der Geruch und Geschmack von Gin nachempfunden. Acht ausgewählte Botanicals wie Wacholder, Kardamom und Rosmarin werden besonders schonend mit Wasserdampf destilliert. Das Ergebnis ist ein Geschmack, der vergessen lässt, dass Laori No 1 alkoholfrei ist.

"Alles fing an mit dem Ausruf: "ich will doch nur Gin & Tonic ohne Alkohol", als ich vor 5 Jahren aufhörte Alkohol zu trinken. Kurzerhand fing ich an in meiner eigenen Küche zu destillieren, um meine eigene Lösung zu entwickeln. Mittlerweile haben wir ein eigenes Verfahren entwickelt und machen das sehr viel professioneller, aber immer noch genauso lecker." – Stella, Gründerin von Laori
DU HAST NOCH FRAGEN?
ERFAHRE MEHR ÜBER DIE WELT VON ALKOHOLFREIEM GIN
Laori enthält Restalkohol von unter 0,3 Volumenprozent. Laori wird nur gemixt in einem Drink getrunken. Daher verringert sich der Alkoholgehalt maßgeblich. So enthält ein Laori & Tonic nur noch 0,06 Volumenprozent Alkohol. Das ist weniger als in einem Glas Apfelsaft enthalten sein kann. Hier sind bis zu 0,38 Prozent erlaubt. In Traubensaft sogar bis zu 1,2 %. Übrigens dürfen 0,0 % Produkte bis zu 0,03 % Alkohol enthalten. Komplett auf Alkohol zu verzichten, ist daher eine wahre Herausforderung. Laori wurde zum mixen von Drinks entwickelt und ist nicht für den puren Genuss vorgesehen. Der Perfect Serve für Laori ist als alkoholfreier Spritz mit Laori Sparkling Sekt oder Tonic Water. Jeden Longdrink und Cocktail der Aperitif enthält, kannst du mit Laori ganz einfach alkoholfrei mixen. Rezeptinspiration findest du in unserem Magazin.
Ja. Wir versuchen immer so nah wie möglich alle Rohstoffe zu beziehen. Unser Radius geht von Berlin über Brandenburg hin nach Südfrankreich. So produzieren wir in liebevoller Handarbeit in der Nähe von Berlin in einer kleinen Manufaktur in einem kleinen Dorf. Die meisten Kräuter und Gewürze werden in Frankreich in Bio-Qualität angebaut und frisch destilliert. Exotischer Gewürze bekommen wir von unserem selben Partner, der ebenfalls eine Farm in Sri Lanka und Marokko hat.
